Terms

If you’ve ever hired a design agency in the past you’ll know that you’ll usually liaise with an account manager who then passes on your request to a designer or developer who implements them then advises your account manager when they’re done. At The Brand Palace, you'll be speaking directly to the designer so you can be 100% sure that your message will be received and understood by the person actually doing the work.

The Brand Palace doesn’t have anywhere near the overheads of a big design agency such as office space and staff. Our smaller overheads mean we can charge less and pass these savings onto our clients.

Rates

Work is billed on either an hourly or daily rate basis. If your project requires a fixed price then this is also possible. My daily rate includes 7.5 hours of work, which is also the minimum number of hours for all new clients.

Availability

I'm usually able to schedule work into the studio pretty quickly and would hope to get started within a week or so. If you have a super-tight deadline, or want to check my availability at the moment, please drop me a line. I'll do my best to help.
